Dear Everyone

I have had the pleasure of meeting many outstanding Realtors. My goal has been to study what will make the biggest difference in selling houses in today's market. I do understand money is tight for everyone. But based on research by HGTV "The Top 25 Mistakes Sellers Make" is very informative. The number 2 mistake is pricing the house too high. I really get how hard it is for knowledgable Realtors to convince the Sellers to "price" the house to sell. The number 1 mistake Sellers make is to not Stage their house. That is really what makes the biggest difference as wise Realtors, Sellers, and Buyers know.

As I talk with Realtors, they know how important it is to encourage Sellers to clean, clear the clutter, and Professionally Stage. Excellent Realtors make suggestions all the time. As an Accredited Staging Professional, I can help reinforce how important your ideas are and add to them. I am offering a Walk and Talk Consultation. This is a low cost and quick return investment for the Sellers that will make a huge difference!

What is a
"Walk and Talk Consultation"?

A Walk and Talk Staging Consultation is an affordable service and easy to do. As an Accredited Staging Professional, I walk around the house with the Seller making low cost and no cost recommendations about how to prepare the house for the largest population of Buyers. The Seller writes the Staging Recommendations. The Walk and Talk Consultation ranges from 2 to 3 hours. The investment fee is $200.

Let Me Tell You How I Work!

As an Accredited Staging Professional I walk around the entire house inside and outside sharing recommendations with the Seller. I will explain or clarify why recommendations have been made and the benefits of Staging the house. I will answer any additional questions the Seller may have.

Staging As a Marketing Tool For Realtors :-)

     As an Accredited Staging Professional, I have trained extensively both in Staged Home Classes, hands-on training experiences, Professional Consultations and Staging Projects. My mentor is Barb Schwarz, the Creator of Staging and Staged Homes. I am a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals and had the pleasure of attending the International Conference in July. I follow a Code of Ethics and Professional Policies.

My goal is to ask you to share my brochures and/or business cards in your marketing packages as you meet with potential and current sellers. My role is to enhance your business and share the benefits of the services by an Accredited Staging Professional.
